TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to memberships, digital resources, and related services offered by The Primary Parade LLC, including its membership programs The Craft Club and The Learning Club.
By purchasing a membership, creating an account, accessing membership content, or checking the box indicating that you agree to these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a membership.
1. Membership Services
The Primary Parade LLC provides members with access to digital educational resources through its online membership library.
Membership content may include crafts, printable activities, classroom resources, and other educational materials. Available resources may be added, updated, replaced, or removed from time to time.
Membership benefits and pricing are based on the membership and payment plan selected at checkout.
2. Single-Teacher License
Each membership includes a single-teacher license and is intended for use by one individual educator.
Resources downloaded through your membership may be used by you with the students you personally teach.
Your membership and downloaded resources may not be shared with another teacher, classroom, school, team, department, district, business, or organization unless The Primary Parade LLC has provided separate written permission or an appropriate additional license has been purchased.
Each additional teacher who wishes to access or use membership resources must have their own license.
3. Account Use and Sharing
Your membership account is for your individual use only.
You may not share your username, password, membership account, download links, or other account credentials with another person.
The Primary Parade LLC may use reasonable security measures to identify suspected account sharing, unusually high download activity, simultaneous access, or other activity inconsistent with normal single-teacher use.
If we reasonably believe an account is being shared, abused, or used in violation of these Terms, we may temporarily restrict access while the activity is reviewed. Repeated or intentional violations may result in termination of membership access.
4. Permitted Use of Resources
Membership resources may be:
- Printed or prepared for use with students you personally teach.
- Displayed for instructional use with your own students.
- Saved to your personal computer or storage for your own permitted classroom use.
- Used year after year by the licensed teacher, subject to these Terms.
Unless a resource specifically states otherwise, membership resources may not be:
- Shared with another teacher or staff member.
- Emailed, uploaded, transferred, or distributed to others.
- Posted on a public website, shared drive, social media platform, school website, or other location where others can access or download the files.
- Resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or offered as part of another product or membership.
- Modified or used to create resources for sale or distribution.
- Used for commercial purposes outside your own permitted classroom use.
- Used to make the underlying resource available to parents, other educators, or the general public.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Membership resources, website content, graphics, photographs, designs, text, and other materials provided by The Primary Parade LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a membership gives you a limited license to use eligible resources according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership or copyright in the resources to you.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by The Primary Parade LLC and the applicable copyright owner.
6. Membership Pricing and Billing
Membership pricing and billing frequency are disclosed at checkout before purchase.
Depending on the membership and plan selected, payment may be collected as a single annual payment, recurring subscription, monthly subscription, installment payment plan, or another clearly disclosed billing arrangement.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize The Primary Parade LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing terms shown at checkout until the membership is canceled.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships billed on a recurring basis automatically renew at the applicable annual membership price unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Installment Payment Plans
If you select a membership installment payment plan, you are purchasing the full membership term and agreeing to pay the entire purchase price in the number of installments disclosed at checkout.
For The Craft Club 2-Payment Plan, the total purchase price is $198, payable as $99 at checkout and a second $99 payment one month later.
The 2-Payment Plan is not a month-to-month membership and cannot be canceled between installments. By selecting this plan, you authorize The Primary Parade LLC and its payment processor to charge both scheduled payments. You remain responsible for the second payment even if you stop using the membership, request cancellation, or otherwise choose not to continue accessing the membership before the second installment is charged.
After both required installments have been paid, no additional payment will be charged for that 12-month membership term unless you separately enroll in a renewal or another membership plan.
7. Automatic Renewal
When a membership is designated as automatically renewing, it will continue to renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.
The amount and frequency of the recurring charge are disclosed before purchase.
You are responsible for canceling before your next renewal payment is processed if you do not wish to renew.
8. Cancellation
Automatically renewing annual or monthly memberships may be canceled at any time before the next renewal payment is processed to prevent the next renewal charge. Cancellation does not provide a refund or prorated refund for amounts already paid. Unless otherwise stated for a particular membership plan, members will continue to have access through the end of their already-paid membership period.
Installment payment plans are different from recurring cancel-anytime memberships. The Craft Club 2-Payment Plan is a commitment to purchase 12 months of membership access for a total price of $198, paid in two installments of $99. The installment plan cannot be canceled before both required payments have been paid in full.
By purchasing the 2-Payment Plan, you agree that discontinuing use of the membership, requesting to end access, or otherwise choosing not to use the membership does not eliminate your obligation to make the second $99 payment.
After both required payments have been successfully paid, no additional payments are due for that 12-month membership term.
9. Failed Payments
If a scheduled membership or installment payment fails, access to membership resources may be temporarily restricted while payment is outstanding.
The Primary Parade LLC may attempt to process the payment again or request an updated payment method.
Membership access may be terminated if payment remains unsuccessful. Suspension or termination of access because of a failed payment does not eliminate the member’s obligation to pay the remaining balance of an installment plan.
10. Refund Policy
Because membership resources are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all membership payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated for unused time or early cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Canceling an automatically renewing membership prevents future renewal charges but does not refund any portion of a membership period that has already been paid.
Payments made toward an installment payment plan are also non-refundable, and cancellation or non-use does not eliminate any remaining payment obligation under the installment plan.
Please review the membership description, pricing, billing frequency, and these Terms before completing your purchase.
11. Previously Downloaded Resources
Cancellation or expiration of a membership removes access to the membership library and prevents additional membership downloads.
Resources legitimately downloaded while your membership was active may continue to be used by you, the original licensed teacher, for your own classroom use, subject to the single-teacher license and all other restrictions in these Terms.
Cancellation does not give permission to share, redistribute, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide downloaded resources to another person.
12. Excessive Downloading and Misuse
Memberships are designed to provide convenient access to resources for legitimate individual classroom use.
Automated downloading, scraping, systematic copying of the library, account sharing, or other activity intended to reproduce or redistribute a substantial portion of the membership library is prohibited.
Unusual download activity may be temporarily restricted or reviewed to protect The Primary Parade LLC’s resources and membership platform.
13. Changes to Membership Content
The Primary Parade LLC may add, update, revise, replace, or discontinue individual resources or features within a membership.
Membership does not guarantee that any particular individual resource will remain available indefinitely.
We may also make reasonable changes to the membership website, resource library, features, or technology used to provide the service.
14. Changes to Pricing
Membership prices may change in the future.
Any applicable pricing, renewal terms, or notice of pricing changes will be handled in accordance with the terms offered to the member and applicable law.
If you have been specifically promised a founding-member or grandfathered price, that pricing will be governed by the terms of that offer while you continue to satisfy its requirements.
15. Availability of Service
We work to keep The Primary Parade LLC and its membership libraries available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, third-party services, security issues, or circumstances outside our control.
16. Third-Party Services
The Primary Parade LLC may use third-party providers to operate portions of the website and membership service, including payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics services, and other technology platforms.
Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
17. Termination for Misuse
The Primary Parade LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for material or repeated violations of these Terms, including account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, fraudulent activity, or misuse of membership resources.
When reasonably appropriate, we may contact the member regarding suspected misuse before permanently terminating access.
18. Disclaimer
Membership resources are provided for educational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful, accurate, and functional materials, resources and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
The Primary Parade LLC does not guarantee that every resource will meet the particular requirements of every classroom, curriculum, school, district, device, printer, or software configuration.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Primary Parade LLC disclaims warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Primary Parade LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website, membership service, or digital resources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Changes to These Terms
The Primary Parade LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our memberships, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were most recently revised.
