A few questions your school might ask
What does a school membership include?
Each teacher receives annual All Access to both The Craft Club and The Learning Club, including unlimited downloads for their individual classroom use while their membership is active. This includes all 350+ crafts and printable learning activities. New resources added during the membership year are also included.
Can teachers share one account?
Each teacher needs a separate license and account. A school purchase covers the number of teachers listed on its approved order. Membership files and login details may not be shared with unlicensed teachers.
Do I need a purchase order to get a quote?
No. Use the quote tool to choose your teacher quantity and save a PDF for approval. You can also send a quote request if your purchasing department needs help.
Will the school membership automatically renew?
No automatic card renewal is set up through this school purchasing form. School licenses provide 12 months of access and renew through a new school order or purchase order.
Can our school add teachers later?
Yes—contact [email protected] for a quote for the additional teachers and confirmation of their access dates. New teachers should have their own accounts.
Can you provide a W-9 or complete vendor paperwork?
Yes. Select the vendor paperwork option on the form or contact [email protected]. We share completed tax documents directly with verified school purchasing contacts.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days. The total shown is the annual license cost; any applicable tax will be confirmed on the invoice. A quote is not an invoice or proof of payment.
