Grogu Bookmark
#5 on our list of adorable Star Wars crafts for adults and kids is a super fun Grogu corner bookmark. Grogu is one of the world’s most favorite Star Wars characters for a lot of reasons, so of course I had to create a cute Grogu craft for kids to create.
Grab the template below and follow the steps to create your own Yoda craft and bookmark for your next book.
Step 1
Trace the template patterns on your choice of colored paper and cut them out.
Step 2
Glue the pieces of Grogu together.
Step 3
Use a sharpie to draw the eyes, nose and mouth on the paper craft Grogu figure.
Now let’s build Grogu’s pod!
Step 4
Attach the small pod base on the large pod base. Then, glue the strip cutout along the top side of the pod’s front part (half-base).
Step 5
Attach the 2 small square cutouts (with 2 rounds corners) on both pointy sides of the pod base pattern. Flip the half-base to the opposite side and apply glue along the round edge.
Step 6
Place the glued round edge of the half-base on the bottom side of the main base pattern. This will form a pocket-like pattern. Use a sharpie to trace the pod outlines.
You can now insert the paper craft Grogu through the top open side of the half-base.
Step 7
Take a piece of square paper that’s 16 cm x 16 cm. Use the square paper to make an origami corner bookmark.
Step 8:
Attach the paper craft pod (with the Grogu paper figure inside) on the triangle side of the origami corner bookmark to complete the craft.
